Activity Ideas
- Balloons can be used for fitness fun – try passing an inflated balloon to each other – just using your legs!
- Half inflate a balloon and using PVA glue and small pieces of paper, stick them in an overlapping fashion until half the balloon is covered. Allow to dry and pop the balloon to leave just the paper cup. Paint with acrylic paint and use to feed the birds with seeds or fatballs.
- Use a balloon pump to blow up balloons as part of a fitness session. The pumping action can help to tone up arms and wrists.
