At Activities to Share we specialise in providing activities in to a variety of care settings for adults and the elderly.

We want our products to enhance the wellbeing of people while in care, and above all we want to put a smile of people’s faces.

Why the “We go the extra smile” tag line?

Here at Activities to Share we pride ourselves on our ability to listen to customers and come up with custom solutions to their problems or support them where they need support – that’s the ‘going the extra mile’ bit. One of the things that keeps us going is the knowledge that our products are out there putting smiles on people’s faces.

A brief history of Activities to Share

Activities to Share was originally setup as a training company to train activity coordinators in care homes, with a particular emphasis on activities for those with dementia. The original founders struggled to find many of the products that they and their clients needed, so they set out to source and market these products themselves. Over time Activities to Share has become solely oriented around the supply of products and the training element has dropped away. Recognising that activities for people with specific needs is not confined to only those with dementia Activities to Share has branched out into other areas to try and reach a broader audience of people with similar needs. In 2017 the original founders sold the company to BES Healthcare Ltd, who specialises (amongst other things) in the provision of products for those with physical disabilities.

Who we work with

We work with a wide variety of care setting and providers, and are proud to support some of the biggest care home groups in the UK along side the smallest independent care homes. Alongside care homes we work with charities, NHS hospitals and community services, libraries, and day centres.
