Designed by Activities to Share and handmade in England, we are very proud to introduce our unique Activity Blanket for people with special needs. It has been thoroughly tried and tested to ensure that it’s popular, appropriate and practical.

People with special needs can often have restless hands and like to have something to keep their hands occupied.  This activity blanket is very soft and warm it also acts as a comfort and is ideal to take on outings where the person may become anxious or stressed.

Ideal for people living in care homes, and patients in hospitals and makes a great gift for a family member with a special need living in their own home.

The blanket base is made from a coloured fleece and padded.

Features include a centre plastic pouch /pocket for a favourite photo; a hand-sized pocket with a detachable mini cushion; a sturdy zip; three silk ribbons; three buttoned flaps; a buckle; 3 tactile fabric swatches; 4 rows of coloured plastic beads threaded and edged with tassels and three strong laces edged with felt.
