- Seated Adaptations – Lay the sacks down number face up and use them as targets, points are calculated by which sack you land on. For egg & spoon put people in teams of 5, seating them in a line, then they have to pass the egg and spoon along the line. First team to get to the end WINS!
- Three-legged Race – Another one for the carers or family or link residents’ arms together with a carer, friend, or family member
- Bean Bag Race – Use these as a throwing game – who can throw the furthest
- Idea – Put everyone in a large circle and the bean bags on each quarter of the circle – throw the bean bags around the circle, if one has dropped that person is out, keep going until the last 4 people are standing or all the bean bags are dropped.
